I would like to give a shoutout to the amazing staff members at Starbucks Southboro Ma for making every visit a reason to return to that specific location. The food and beverages are great but the service is the difference that makes for a “high vibe” experience that consistently exceeds expectations! Congrats for a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars rating!

This Starbucks is the most painfully slow Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas move at a turtle pace. You can mobile order ahead 15 mins in advance and still you have to wait another 10 mins atleast when you get to the store. They have 0 sense of urgency. If you’re in a rush for work I’d recommend mobile ordering atleast 20 mins in advance or better yet, go to the Starbucks in Westborough at the other end of route 9 they are MUCH better. Literally the Southborough Starbucks is the worst Starbucks.

Quick service with a smile. Always greeted immediately when I walk in there and every one working there is pleasant and kind. They always nail my order with an uplifting note on my cup! ☺️ Not all Starbucks are created equal. This one is a great one!!

Parking can get crowded in the front, but there is plenty of parking around the corner. Staff is attentive and friendly. The store is pretty busy (during the morning at least), but the most I've waited is approximately five minutes. Ordering ahead on the app is recommended if you are in a hurry.

The woman taking the order was awesome. However. The person making the latte. Failed to read the description. No foam- there's foam W/no room- there's plenty of room to fill it up more. Needs to be addressed.
