As far as quality, there are very few restaurants within a 10 mile radius that even compare to Sentie’s. When it comes to flavor, everything hits the mark with flying colors. Potatoes melt in your mouth, collard greens are fresh, delicious, and homey. The jerk pork is perfectly seasoned and doesn’t even need sauce, but I use it anyways because their jerk sauce is delicious. Their djon djon is the perfect base, soft and flavorful.

We tried the jerk chicken plate (1/2 the plate is pictured), beef patties and buffalo chicken samosas. All three were absolutely delicious. Jerk chicken was moist, tender, smoky, and spicy. Plantains were sweet to balance the spice and fried perfectly. Rice, beans, and collard greens were flavorful, great sides for the chicken. We will definitely be back and looking forward to trying more 🙂

Sentie’s Kitchen is a gem! The Jerk Chicken Bowl with Jollof rice is my go-to….perfectly spiced and massive portions. 5 stars every time. Best spot in Greater Boston, hands down.

First time customers - we ordered takeout of 2 spicy jerk chicken rice bowls with plantains and mango salsa that were outrageously delicious. Wonderful flavors, perfectly cooked and generous portions. So excited to have found this gem of a place thanks to New England Foodie Tik Tok and Chewonthis food site. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sentie’s Kitchen to cater a special community event — Uganda to Boston — bringing together runners, cultural leaders, and guests from all over the world ahead of the 2025 Boston Marathon. Sentie went above and beyond to deliver an incredible spread that showcased the richness of Ugandan cuisine.
