Wrap City Sandwiches Dover

Not greeted upon walking in. Placed a $39 online order and was unsure where to pick it up. Was awkwardly ignored while standing by the counter and eventually saw the online order pick up. Grabbed my bag and left. No employees spoke to me for the time I was inside even when waiting by the counter. Food was okay. Chips I received were literally just crumbs and quite disappointing when everyone raves about these chips. Wrap had minimal turkey in it but was loaded with cheaper filler like stuffing. For being a brand new location, I definitely had higher expectations for food and service and they missed the mark on both unfortunately.

We ordered the Kingston jerk and the steak blue. Will definitely be back. The blue cheese on the steak melted perfectly complimenting the steak. The chicken alone made the wrap amazing. Perfect portion for the price was also massive and we had leftovers. The homemade chips were a nice touch. Thank you for a great meal!

From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a smile. Wonderful staff and the wraps were SO GOOD! Everything was super fresh. Can't wait to try more on the menu.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was seriously impressed! Everything was absolutely delicious, and there were so many great options to choose from. Jordan behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a great value for the price. This was my first time at Wrap City, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They offered to help me navigate the menu since it felt a bit overwhelming, which I really appreciated. My wrap was excellent, the chips were great, and I’ll definitely be back!
