Woodcock Brothers Brewery

The food is okay, nothing special. The layout of the restaurant is pretty cool. Lots of seating. Waiter recommended the steak sandwich. Not a good choice. It had no flavor, only a 1/4 of it was eaten. Waiter didn’t ask if everything was okay. So no feedback could be provided.

Grabbed a quick lunch on the way to the airport. The roasted vegetable salad was good and so were the nachos. Service was attentive. Everything is clean and just enough buzz to mask our conversation.

Nice place, great outdoor patio ambiance, located inside the old Wurlitzer Building! The patio is amazing on a nice evening! (Six stars for ambiance!) Staff is polite, friendly and attentive. It’s located just around the corner (to the north) from Platter’s Chocolate Factory. I had beef-on-‘weck, their amber beer and their pale ale. It’s neat seeing the old Wurlitzer Building in use, and I walked around before and after.

Service was fast and bathrooms clean. I looked at the menu on their website ahead of time and wanted the chili but they don't serve it anymore. I got the roasted veggie salad and it had lots of tasty veggies. The salad didn't need dressing from all the oil dripping down. The wings were not that impressive but the pulled pork was good. I wish the prices were cheaper. $20 for a sandwich is a bit much. But there is plenty of parking and outside seating so it's a nice place to meet up with friends for a different experience.
