This IS the spot for gorgeous cakes that you can tell are made with love. My housemate has never had a cake that wasn’t just store bought, so I wanted to make it special and let me tell you this was! All of my interactions with the staff at Cakes by Katya were friendly and welcoming and even the patrons having a coffee were nice! This cafe is located off a very quiet strip off Niagara Falls Boulevard. The cafe itself does small pastries and coffee with a small number of tables to eat in. Now the cake itself was a 6” Raspberry Cream cake, which was gorgeous, delicious and a perfect mix of sweetness without being overly sweet. My housemate was so very happy, and basically has been eating cake daily ever since haha. Thank you Katie and everyone else involved! I will most certainly be back.

Best Cakes in WNY hands down. Flavor combination with thin layers of cake makes it a magical bite that wants you more. French pastries are done the correct way with unique fillings there are savory and sweet options. Cheese cakes are creamy and delicious make you crave for another serving before you finish. Perfect little bakery! They sell cake slices, croissants (some of them filled!!!), sandwiches, cupcakes, etc from the case. Then you can order from their menu for whole cakes, dozens of cupcakes, baklava, brownies, etc. I got a croissant that was buttery, flakey, and filled to the brim with a delicious pistachio cream. I also got a slice of their whiskey soaked salted caramel chocolate cake with Swiss meringue butter cream that was moist, tender, not too sweet and absolutely dreamy. I'd gladly buy a entire one of those cakes for a gathering! Go here, you won't regret it!

I went there yesterday for the first time and very impressed with the selection, the cleanliness and friendly service. The honey cake is absolutely my new favorite dessert! So delicious, and refreshing tasting, not too sweet but sweet enough to fill a sugar craving. Then I had a cinnamon roll this morning and it was the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had! Will be back for sure! My son said the chocolate chip cookie he had was also amazing!

This has been my go to place for cakes since 2022. The cakes taste European style, just the right sweetness, rich in flavor and elegant designs. The newly opened bakery has some of the best filled croissants!
