Winterville Library

Just stopped in the make some copies! Staff greeted me warmly. I did not need assistance, but if I had I'm sure someone would have gladly helped. When I left, the staff told me to have a nice day! The library is very strict about the patrons being disturbed.

This library is nice. It is clean inside and outside. The only problem I have is the customer service. Most of the time it’s just a certain individual. He seems like more of an IT guy (behind the scenes person) but for some reason he’s at the front and his customer service skills are lacking. He looks like he’d rather be somewhere other than the library. He always seems reluctant and passive to assist. Bad energy all around. And this library policies are pitiful. You have to pay them just for providing you with your library card number if you don’t remember it. That’s just unbelievably petty. Please stop with the penny pinching. The staff are already there and should assist without me having to scramble for change.

The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. There's a nice variety of books and resources. The facility is clean and well kept. I would respectfully recommend using this facility.

I love this place!! It's clean quiet and the chairs are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is fifteen minutes before closing they open the women's bathroom!

Lovely community library. Plenty of spots to sit and work. Staff seemed very nice. Libraries are such great resources!
