Chick-fil-A

Earlier today I came in to get some food for my family and I. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for myself and the service I experienced here was baffling. I was waiting there for OVER 15 MINUTES FOR A SANDWICH. I have had no problems with this establishment up until now. There have been many friendly employees I have met but this was genuinely shocking to me. I asked someone close by what is taking so long and an employee said that they were waiting on the spicy chicken sandwiches. Around 10 more minutes go by and my daughter is texting me what is taking so long and it became very annoying very quickly. This was a very disappointing experience and likely my last visit to this Chick-fil-A location at 4239 Winterville Pkwy, Winterville, NC 28590. I ordered three Chicken Deluxe meals, and the quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The food was served cold, the bread was stale, the chicken was undercooked in the center, and the sandwiches were noticeably smaller than usual. On top of that, they barely included any sauce. It really felt like the order was rushed and carelessly prepared. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for their consistency and quality, but this visit was a major letdown.

They were very busy and the drive thru lanes were backed up, so I went to the counter inside. I quickly ordered and served in a short amount of time. Manager and employees couldn't have been nicer.

Went through drive-thru so no rating for atmosphere. Food was good, but I got the 5 pc grilled chicken bites and one of them was TINY. If they weren't SO busy and the traffic wasn't so bad, I would've gone back and complained.
