Wingstop

There was a really good deal on the app so I was excited to try Wingstop again! The Garlic Parmesan tenders never disappoint and are a hit with everyone! We also tried the lemon pepper wings and it had a very strong fresh lemon flavor. We also got hot honey flavor which was delicious! We upgraded our fries to cheese fries for $1 and it was a large serving. We ordered online and it was not ready when it should have been. We waited an additional 10 minutes standing in a growing group of people also waiting for their orders in the front of the store.

Almost every time i go in there one of my items is forgotten if the order is taken to go or for pick up. Every time that I have gone back in to ask nicely then for the missing items I am returned with backlash and attitude from the employees. I would absolutely recommend to eat WingStop.. just not at this location. The service, respect, and care for their customers is close to non existent. Would never return again.

Good place to order to take out And dine in with a couple friends 4 double tables To be a small place is convenient if you’re not in a hurry ,suggest pre order because of the size of this place .. Food is average ,most wings and Chiken patties … Nothing extraordinary but edible

I wanted to give this Wingstop another chance because it’s close to home, but the wings were still oily, undercooked, and not made to my order specifications. I hope corporate and higher management addresses these quality concerns.

I would literally give them zero stars. To start off I found a fried DEAD BEE in my food (as the picture shows). Called the store to place the complaint and they didn’t want to believe me, said it’s probably “a piece of corn, since they fry everything together” so I asked if I can get a refund and they denied my request since “they don’t have bugs in their restaurant” AGAIN THE PICTURES SHOW OTHERWISE!! The circled image shows THE STINGER!!! How is that a piece of corn!
