Starbucks Coffee Company

The employees barely wanted to take the three minutes to take our order, they were constantly talking to each other without paying us any mind, and when I told the lady I wanted whole milk she repeated it back to me and somehow it still came out wrong. The guy announced it to have oat milk when moments before I saw him put the almond milk container down so honestly doesn’t seem like they even know what’s going on because also in the midst of talking to the other employee he dropped a cup. These people can’t seem to pay attention to anything other than their conversations.

The Starbucks is filthy and the people refused to make anything but a hot drink regardless of whether or not we needed ice. They might as well remove this location.

I think this is the worst Starbucks in Milwaukee. They don't even have an envelope for a gift card.

I was just at the Starbucks and I was waiting for a while the workers both looked at me and went on chatting about their day. No “we’ll get to you in a sec” or hold on just chatting behind the counter finishing up their lil conversation which was about some boy one of them were talking to. I waited for a decent amount of time and then just left. I’ve never had this experience at any other Starbucks.

I ordered 4 drinks at 10:57 AM and did not get them all until 11:13AM. There were 4 people working. It appears there was one in training. 3 customers after us got their drinks we were waiting for two dragon fruit refreshers, we asked kindly “We are waiting for our two drinks and wanted an update?” The worker Michelle responded “we are working on it, I am training her how to make it, YOUR DRINKS CANNOT GET MADE IF IM TALKING TO YOU.” The response was not apologetic and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. I was a customer service manager and almost all starbucks i’ve been to have given excellent service. This location lacked in speed and service. Michelle could of responded better and on top of that, this location took a long time on our drinks.
