Jimmy John's

The Miller Parkway location is the one that delivers to my work address. They are horrible. Submitted an order at 11:35a today and it came an hour and 15 minutes later. That's pretty average for this location. There's a 50/50 chance that the order will be wrong also. I placed a catering order a while back for a work meeting. The first time they came, they only brought sandwiches. They left the salads, chips and cookies at the store. They went back to get them and only brought the salads and cookies. They had to go back again to get the chips. This was so frustrating and made a mess of my lunch meeting. I complained and was told they were sorry and would address it. No partial refund or credit, nothing. Today was the last straw and I won't order from here again. When it happens

This location was the very best Jimmy John's I've ever been to! And I mean in several states! Fast service and exactly as I ordered it! And it has a drive-thru!!!! Awesome!

Easily the slowest Jimmy John’s, make sure you order your food at least an hour and a half before you want to eat. Every time I order it takes at least one hour minimum to get my food. Edit: 5/6/2024 I ordered a gargantuan and they sent me a sub with only bacon and tomato’s in it.

Ordered online and when I got to the drive up window , the young man who said he was a manager tells me I Ordered for delivery. I told him Then why would I bee here. He continued to argue that I Ordered delivery, I asked for the manager and he says I am the manager. He sent someone else to refund the delivery charge and fix the order. A Manager should never argue with a customer ever !

Usually I never have too many problems with anything from your store. Buy on 11/3/24 at about 1:30 I ordered lunch. As I was pulling up to the window I noticed the person manning the drive thru window was eating. As she was waiting for my order to bag it up she finished her food, licked her fingers and wiped them off on her person. She also made contact to her face. Good thing she only touches the outside of the items. Then as a rewards customer I had a free original sandwich. I said I would use the reward. The person couldn’t figure out how to deduct the sandwich from the total. Then another worker came to help. Neither one could figure it out and just told me that it had to be an online order. Doesn’t say that on the app. Oh well. I still have the reward coming. Just don’t understand h
