Guy actively walked away from the register when I told him I wanted to place my order quick told me he doesn’t work to register and then told me to leave this interaction happened within 30 seconds of me walking into the restaurant. I said Broski I’m parked right in front. Let me place this order real quick And that was his response. I didn’t have an attitude I didn’t walk in disrespectfully. I just shook my head said OK and walked out. The time is around 3 o’clock when this happened I’m a large black male with a big beard and I had two braids in my hair. If a wing is tasty but you never get it, does it have a flavor? They're always tasty, but always take so long to get delivered that the wings are ice cold. Tonight was extra wild. TL:DR is skip delivery as it always sucks, when it happens at all. Wife ordered a 20 for $20 wing deal with a small fries and carrots/celery (which cost extra for some reason). With all the fees it was over $45. Fine. We're hungry and lazy so we'll suck it up. 40 minutes later she gets a text that it was delayed till 7:11-7:14. At 7:30 she called to make sure the delivery person had the right address. "Oh they haven't picked it up yet." Apparently the wings were done at 6:50 and had been sitting on a shelf since then. This restaurant's environment is visually pleasing. Every item shows careful quality control. The interior design is noteworthy and staff seems glad to work there. Employees here show remarkable courtesy. The meal left me speechless.

First I would like to state the staff on Super Bowl Sunday really worked hard, diligently and pretty much prevented a fight from breaking out between the 30+ delivery persons all rushing the counters. But Wingstop being a corporation should have been better prepared to handle the high volume of Super Bowl orders. When I ordered the food through the Wingstop website to prompted me to pick up the order in 20 minutes. Ordered at 7:45pm and the order was lost, when the food was finally ready it was 10pm. The food was great and it was fresh so it ended up being worth it. Again the employees that night deserve a raise or a bonus because they really held the store down amongst all the chaos!

The new chicken sandwich from Wingstop is finally back in stock. I luckily live right down the street from this new location in West Village so I had to stop by. What blows my mind about this Sammie compared to the other big players is the flavor options. You can choose from 12, that’s right, TWELVE flavors 🤯 I went with my personal favorite from Wingstop, spicy Korean bbq. It was incredible. I can’t wait to try the other flavors.
