Wingstop

I believe I spent almost $50 here and let me say I was very disappointed first of all my order wasn't ready it took forever. Now I understand they were busy but 35 to 40 minutes is ridiculous I ordered online. Now let's get to the wings and the fries. The fries were like warm while wings were hot. Now let's break down the wings never in my life have I spent $50 for food and received and such poor quality. The flavor was good no problem but the size of the wings was pitiful. I'm going to have to say that this looks nothing like the picture you show on your website for your wings! I am posting the picture of the wings because it's ridiculous to charge somebody that much for wings they look like this! I tried it I'm over it never coming back! Good luck! I ordered delivery through Door Dash because I had a DD gift card, otherwise I would have ordered on the Wingstop app and picked to save over half, yep with fees, tip and more expensive menu, DD was more than double. Just wanted to let people know. No issues with the food and it tasted great!! Mild was very mild (like Arooga's "sissy sauce"), good buffalo taste but no kick. I don't like much of a kick. BBQ was good too! The fries were awesome!! I'd go back just for them LOL I ordered large ranch because I didn't know the size. Holy moly, 5x more than I needed but it's really good ranch so it will get used. Try ranch with fries, you'll thank me 😋 I'd recommend trying it out. I didn’t see the reviews until after. Customer service is atrocious. I watched the woman at the front tell me it’s a 25 minute wait, 2 orders behind me, the person was told it’s a 50 minute wait. It seemed like every employee was annoyed to have to earn their paycheck. If they could discourage ppl from ordering, they would, I ordered my food online… came back a half hour later and the same person raised her eyes without a hello, no smile but a face that told me I’m an inconvenience. She told me before I could say anything that “it’s an hour wait” very fast. I told her she must not remember my face even though we spoke 3 separate times at this point within 30 minutes. Told her I’m picking my food up. The food itself is just okay.

Wings undercooked!! I ordered three different flavored wings. They taste just like the picture looks nasty !!! I asked for my wings to be fried hard and my wings skin is very slimy. I ordered lemon pepper, garlic parm , and Louisiana. Also, I waited longer than what the timeline was for pick up. My order was still not ready. The fries were the best thing. This is the second location I tried, and both locations were gross, a waste of money, and time!

So I placed my order on DoorDash, and I was actually really scared when I went to go to Google maps and saw a two star review. While waiting for my order to finish, I read through most of the reviews which made me only more worried. They must’ve hired new staff or something because by the time I got there, my food was ready, which was only took about 15 to 20 minutes. I was greeted very nicely by the lady working there and was promptly given my order. Everything was in the bag and everything was hot. I haven’t had Wingstop in about a year, so I’m very content.
