William H. & Marion C. Alexander Family Library

We absolutely love this small but mighty library and the entire Dauphin County Library System. They have wonderful and friendly staff, loads of events, book challenges, clubs, book sales, and so much more. My kids love coming here and it's hard to pull them away. The solarium is a personal favorite of mine. I love the book and video game selection, but if you don't see something here, ask the desk! They can look to see if it's available at another location and it will be available for pickup at this location. I could go on and on. We love it.

I remember this library getting built when I was a kid, and I remember going in quite a bit when I was younger. It's been a while, but I went in the other day to get a library card (super easy) and it was just how I remembered it: nice, quiet, full of interesting books to read. Also, it's really nice that I can request any book in any of the Dauphin County Library System (DCLS) libraries - I think there are 5 or 6 libraries involved. Is certainly a well-funded local library that I will be returning to many times in the future!

Great place. Love their environment. The staff are super friendly. Kids area is epic. They have a great selection of all books and media. My kids enjoy checking things out.

Had a great experience at this library. Books are well organized, librarians are very nice and welcoming and place is very clean. My twins enjoyed their first library experience.

Annual book sale this week beginning September 21. 0 Nice smaller library but membership gives access to all Dauphin County Library resources.
