Wings Etc.

The food was 10/10 as Usual! But I’ve never had such awful service here 😕 our waitress Zoe never came to check on our table for refills or anything except maybe once after staring her down while she watched tv behind the bar. And when we were able to get a refill, the cups and plates were all left to pile up on the table. She had two other tables, one was large, young boys but they weren’t ordering while we were there as they were waiting on the rest of their group to arrive. Very disappointing. Honestly, the kitchen worker that brought out our food was a better server 🤦🏻‍♀️

We went for dinner on New Year’s Eve, it was very slow. We ordered drinks that were perfect. The food on the other hand, my friend and I both got wraps, they were both incorrect and had barely any meat on it. The server was polite and said he would bring me a new one free of charge (I thought he was taking it off the bill but was referring to charging me for the second wrap). My friends husband ordered 15 wings but only 10 came out and ended up on our bill. We asked to speak to the manager and waited 10 minutes but no manager showed up. The server and bartenders were good but something is going on with management here, I’ve spoke to others about this and had similar experiences. I would understand the manager not coming out if it was busy but there was only 2 tables with people at it. Noth

Went with a large group and at first the staff didn't seem too happy about there being so many of us (18 in total with 6 kids under 10). Once we were seated, the waitress was fun and giving us "attitude" because we were joking with her (not in a bad way, she was joking along with us). We all ordered and it took a while to get our food (completely expected for such a large group). My order was wrong but as soon as I mentioned it to our awesome waitress, she corrected the issue and was very pleasant. She did an amazing job keeping up with our drinks and all of the chaos that a large group brings. I asked for one of the TVs to be put on the channel with Blues game and the person who was trying to do it was yelled at by the manager, which seemed completely unnecessary. The manager said "give

I’m just a doordasher, but i dashed some food from there this afternoon around noonish and the bartender was so nice I had to say something!! I don’t eat out super often but will be coming with my family!

We came in around 8:30 on a Sunday evening. There were drink specials posted at the hostess station but when we tried to order one, we were told they were out of the mango puree needed for one of them. That happens, but it would have been nice to have a replacement offered, and that wasn't even the worst of it. Our server was not very personable or attentive. I also watched her make a maragrita and take it back to the kitchen. The food took a while to come out, and when it did, it was cold. Mac and cheese, boneless wings, and fries were all lukewarm. Disappointing first visit. Won't go back
