American Ice Cream

If you have an ice cream craving, put American Ice Cream on your list. I was camping nearby and spending some time in Jackson. Had lunch and did some antique shopping. Needed some dessert. Stopped in. The young ladies taking the order were friendly. They were prompt in making the order. The dishes seem to all be soft serve based. I had the pecan avalanche and my wife had a mix in with cookie dough. Bot tasted great and the price was right. Similar to other places. If I lived in or near Jackson, you’d find me here regularly.

Great place to get concrete ice cream. Cheaper than the other places and better.

Best icecream in town with the best prices! The only thing thats better than the icecream is having the privilege of knowing the family who owns American Icecream.

The best soft serve ice cream place I've ever visited. Not so sickeningly sweet as what you get at McDonald's or even DQ. And when it melts, it actually turns into cream... Like ice cream should!
