A great place for wings, crunchy French Fries and cold beer. Get comfortable at the bar, if you’re flying solo. Lots of TVs playing sports all day long. It does get crowded and the biz does a great amount of take-out service so, go early. The cheesesteak sandwich is amazing and the burgers are likewise, good. Lots of wing sauces to choose from. It feels like your friendly neighborhood bar, but with delicious f.
Putting aside the typos and difficulties ordering online, the food was average. The habanero garlic wings were well cooked and crispy (though the menu does not say it is a dry rub, so bear that in mind). The garlic parmesan wings were poorly cooked with flabby skin and a sauce that smelled, looked, and tasted like something out of an adult film. The difference between one flavor & style of wing and the other leaves me questioning whether or not I should return. Edited to add: I ended up thoroughly rinsing and patting dry the garlic parm wings. Popped them in the air fryer and ate with BBQ sauce I had on hand…not ideal.
Food is good as always. The place it’s very small and with limited seating areas inside. The outside seating it’s very nice during fall when is not too hot nor too cold.
I went on a Monday. I'm sure with traffic the bartenders there would be just as positive. The owner walked up to me when he was leaving and kindly asked how the food was. Didn't feel out of place. Very good experience, very chill atmosphere.
Stopped here for lunch on our trip from North Carolina to try the build-your-own burger. Our server was initially helpful as she fielded our questions about the menu and provided us with a sample of a couple beers we were torn between. Burger was tasty, as was the pineapple caliente sauce. However, after our food arrived, she never once asked if we needed anything or how we were doing. It seemed that her attention was only on schmoozing with the regulars. We felt like outsiders, and it really soured the experience for us. There was a lot on your menu that appealed to us, we just wish that the staff were more attentive as that put a damper on our experience.
