Winchell's Restaurant and Bar

We ordered the chicken tender appetizer the beer cheese appetizer and for entrees we ordered the Kentucky hot brown the soup and sandwich and the Turkey club sandwich. Our group really appreciated the Halloween decorations. Food was good. Prices were reasonable. Wait times were short and service was great. Bathroom left something to be desired

What a cool spot! Our server was so nice and the food was excellent. Really enjoyed the ambiance and they have TVs everywhere. This looks to be an awesome place to watch a game or spend an evening with friends.

The buffalo chicken sandwich had so much blue cheese all I tasted was penicillin did overtook the taste of the buffalo chicken lettuce tomato and the bread. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman that was at the bar and all he said is hes sorry. The fries were good and atmosphere was good but that's all I can say about this trip.

I ordered the cheeseburger with tater tots and a sweet tea. My friend ordered a cheeseburger with coleslaw and a sweet tea. I was disappointed that they didn't have sliced pickles to go on the cheeseburger. But the cheeseburger was excellent except for the price of being about $14 for the whole plate. And they also charge for the sweet tea which was mediocre. I don't know if they didn't have enough waitresses that day but we had to get up and get our own mayonnaise even though we ordered it. The place was really really clean and had lots of of patrons there.

I had a chopped hamburger on a hoagie roll. With french fries and it was very good really nice portion the french fries were Krispy and everything was delicious. For dessert I had a coffee cheesecake that was tasty. The service was fast and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu.
