Nourished Folks

What a meal!!! I have been wanting to try Nourished Folks for such a long time now and it exceeded my expectations! We tried once before and it was sold out - not surprised! Always looked delicious, wholesome, and loving. And it was exactly that! My taste buds and my body felt so nourished! Magnificent food in such an uplifting environment. Do yourself a favor and make the try to time, no exaggeration. Not many places like Nourished Folks!

We were excited to eat here after seeing the food on insta! Nourished Folks did not disappoint. The cashier/cook and waitress was very kind and told us about the menu and how the restaurant started by feeding post partum women with good food to help her recover after birth. I had the breakfast hash with sausage and a runny egg with 2 pieces sourdough bread. The hash was potatoes herbs peppers zucchini and mushrooms and onions with wonderful spices. Tasted amazing!!!! My daughter got the soup beans and cornbread with honey on it. Her soup beans were in their famous house made broth with fresh herbs and sour cream. I'm not a huge fan of beans but it was very tasty. We will definitely be back!!

This is a must eat at place in the Greyline Station building. The smell when you first walk in will have your mouth watering. The chili was exceptional. On Saturday they have a soup and chili menu, but come early for lunch before they run out - AND THEY WILL!! Prices are respectable and portions are large. Great variety - the staff is super friendly. You will want to eat there again and again.

My only regret is that I'm just now trying this delish food! I've been meaning to for so long and finally tried the veggie sammich on sourdough and OH MY LANTA it is SO satisfying . Each bite is SO tasty and full of so many flavors. I was so pleased with the service I was given , I can see how passionate and enthusiastic the team members are! Each meal is made with love , and they make your order right in front of you and they are so happy while doing so! I can't wait to come back and try everything else! Eating healthy can be so fun and tasty , so grateful for this local eatery. I also love how they use local ingredients!!!

I'm a single foster mom and first had Nourished Folks when a friend had it delivered after I brought home a 10 day old from the hospital. I had either been eating fast food or forgetting to eat at all, so Riah's food truly felt like it was healing my body and soul as I ate it. The granola sat next to the baby's bottles and I would have a spoonful at every feeding. I began regularly ordering meals after that as a way to take care of myself during a nontraditional transition to motherhood. Riah is such a caring person and that love and kindness is transferred to her food. I could not recommend Nourished Folks more.
