Wild Wasabi Signature

Seeing the very positive reviews, our group was very much excited to try out this Bellevue spot. I will start off with the service, which was completely off the game for such a high (price) ticketed place. We had reservations for 7:30 and weren't seated till about 8:10. We had opted for the Hibachi experience, and no one came to take our orders till about another 30 mins later. Once we ordered, the meat reached our table at 9:05 so more than 90 mins from our reservation time. In between all this, no manager or staff tried to come and make it right. We kept asking for when we will be seated and were kept being told, the table is just being cleaned. In the meanwhile we had some drinks at the bar. The cocktails were quite strong, and I would probably say 4*. The food itself, was pretty fill

I don’t normally leave reviews but we were visiting from Nebraska and decided to eat here because I was craving sushi and hibachi. This restaurant was top-tier and beyond what we were expecting. We came towards the end of happy hour and had Plum wine, which was excellent! We also had Saki and a deep-fried tempera Philly roll. The sushi was high quality, well made and they were able to substitute soy paper for the seaweed which was a bonus! For dinner, I ordered the hibachi with the premium top sirloin and cold water lobster, which were both excellent! My husband ordered Salmon & NY steak which were cooked to perfection . Fantastic food. the fish and meat are incredibly well done and great quality. large quantities of food but nothing was overly greasy or heavy. menu is diverse, there's something for everyone! if you do the hibachi, the performance is very entertaining! lots of tricks and as always the food is top notch. environment is great, not too overwhelming in terms of the density of crowds if that's something you struggle with.

Really pretty restaurant especially during the holidays with all of the lights! Very spacious setting. Parking was a little confusing to figure out with the parking garage, wasn't sure if it was only for apartments. Our server Jin was super nice and sweet, and chef Billy was funny! Typical hibachi, more pricey than others but the area probably reflects the price. Definitely a spot for work parties and holidays. Overall very nice

Came in Christmas Eve around 4:30pm, excellent choice, we Loved it, easy to find parking in garage, 3 hrs free. Definitely got busier later. Excellent food, we had Seattle Roll, Spider Roll, Creamy Seattle Roll, Tai Tai Roll, Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, and Chicken Fried Rice and the Blueberry Basque Cheescake. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Staff was amazing, We will definitely be back.
