Who knew healthy could taste so good? We love to pick up a hydration tea before going to the boat or when we know we’re going to be out in the heat doing yard work and in the winter, the protein hot chocolate is a great way to warm up! I’ve loved the waffles, the protein balls and every drink I’ve ever tried. It’s also great having someone who can explain the benefits of add ons like collagen!

Courtney and her team always go above and beyond for their customers. They take the time to get to know you and your health needs/goals. The menu is huge, with lots of customizable options. I recommend trying their loaded teas 😊

This adorable little shop has quickly become habit forming! Great addition to Carrabelle and a quick, healthy option for eating out when I’m at work. Love them!
