Were driving in the area, so picked up grouper from here one day for supper and that was fine. Went back two days later and picked up shrimp to put on the grill. They did NOT taste good. They tasted like the smell of old fish market. Not every one tasted that way, but most of them did. Think they mixed old shrimp with fresher shrimp. Very disappointed. Will not be going back there. If you want to go to the BEST fish market where shrimp smell and taste like they should, go to the 13 Mile Fish Market in Apalachicola.

Wife loves their crab dip, I like the mullet. I give the crab 4.9 and 5.0 for the mullet. Also bought one of the Grouper dip just to compare against the mullet. Very good but not as good as mullet dip. Bought 5 mullet and 5 crab to take home, East Tennessee. Will enjoy it at July pool party. Happy dipping!

Helpful and friendly family owned fish monger. Almost all of their fish has been locally fresh caught or fresh caught and frozen. They even sell salmon flown in the from the Northeast for people who want something more conventional. We have gotten beautiful fresh red grouper, red snapper, fresh whole gulf shrimp, mahi, cobia, and scallops. Ooh, so good! Attached are some pictures of the meals we made.

Really great little shop with SUPER fresh seafood!! Get the red fish. It's delicious and so versatile!
