Ordered at the drive thru. Service was very slow. There was only 1 car ahead of us, but still took 10 minutes after placing the order to pull up to the window. When we got to the window, it took another 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there. Only to tell us we were waiting on the onion chips. That took a another 5 or so minutes. The food was fresh, hot and good, but it took more time than we anticipated. When we were sitting at the window and not seeing anyone for the first 5 or so minutes, I was very tempted to walk inside to make sure they hadn't forgot about us. But spending 20 minutes in the drive thru at a fast food restaurant is ridiculously to long!

Beware this is AI run it cannot get your order right you're better off with a gum chewing ear bud teen filing his nails than this ai getting your order correct. Ordered by a number total should been like 8.99 it said it was 54.00 and obviously completely wrong it took 5 min for a human to even erase the order and start over and STILL not everything we asked for such as simple as ketchup in the bag oh the buns tasted like cardboard!

The drive-through speaker is just an automated robot with voice prompts. Very difficult to navigate. After I finally placed my order I thought I would get better experience at the window, but customer service is very poor also…. I will never come back to this location. !!!! I really don’t like the drive-through robot!

I tried to order lunch for my 3rd shift crew. I ordered it at noon to pick up at 2 am. When I went to get it I showed the woman working my receipt, she immediately got an attitude about the large order. I waited there for 45 minutes, the whole time she was telling angry customers to "blame me" he ordered 100 burgers. The atmosphere was hostile, and it was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. I eventually just left because I started to think there may be trouble. $200 down the drain because you can't speak to anyone but bots when you try to contact support. Horrible experience, horrible people working, I'll never go to a white castle again.
