Great customer serving our server “Q” was amazing and very knowledgeable. Food was freshly prepared. Atmosphere was welcoming. My only complaint is we had a reservation for over a month and we were seated my the noisy drink work station. We plan on returning

We sat at the bar for quicker service. Excellent experience as always. My salmon Alexander was perfect, my loaded baked potato was PHENOMENAL! I did get my salmon cooked well instead of as served on the menu (Medium rare). My stuffed crabs were so good perfect level of spice this time. My friend also enjoyed her chardonnay, catfish and fries. I gave a 3 for service due to the fact that I ordered a meal to go for my husband and they forgot his side. Other than that, always a lovely experience.

Since it was Valentines day, we had to wait quite awhile for a table even though we had a reservation. When we were seated, the waitress was very prompt and thorough. We ordered oysters to start but she came back to the table and said they didnt have those anymore. We expected to be overcome with flavor but we were underwhelmed. My husband had the Mardi Gras pasta and I ordered the Grouper. The food was average and I expected better for the price.

This was our first time at Pappadeaux and it did not disappoint!! The service was TOP tier and the food was amazing. My wife had the raw oysters (a dozen) in a half shell. She said they were good. We had the spinach and crab dip, it was so good! I had the 10 of Filet Mignon with a lump of crab and potatoes...DELICIOUS! They also had a great waiting area, nice selection of drinks and desserts. *Make your reservation on line for no wait. Super easy* (Pics below)

Server was excellent, but kitchen was very behind So was the bar. Took 20 minutes to get draft beers. Salad and entree service also slow. Our server kept us informed, but she couldn’t hurry anything along. The flavors of my seafood were great, but it was all served lukewarm. My husband’s fried foods were hot. Portions all very generous We were served a complimentary anniversary dessert. All in all — a bit underwhelmed by all of it.
