Dunkin'

One of my FAVE Dunkin’s to go to- mainly bc the Staff is wonderful, my orders are correct. The only thing I don’t like or understand- even if I’m the only car in the drive thru, they always have me pull up to the door & then I’m just.. waiting.. I’ve seen ppl get out of their cars & go inside to get their order.. smh. Please be sure that the breakfast sandwiches are WARMED UP THROUGHOUT !

I come to this Dunkin almost weekly and let me tell you about Angelo Massey!!!!!!! He is absolutely amazing. He is funny, kind, and caring. His customer service is top notch. I went in and he was the only person working as the supervisor quit that morning and yet he still held it down. There were a few patrons and he handled it like a champ. Please recognize him as every week he is the reason i come back. I have had a not so good experience with a young lady there a while ago, but Angelo keeps my business. We always have a quick chat and he has never gotten my order wrong. Angelo keeps up the GREAT WORK! See you soon Sirrrr!!!

No one took my order through the drive thru, only one car was ahead of me at that time! I drove to the window and they weren’t having a good day, 4 of them for nothing, unprofessional staff.. guess what? Coffee was cold..hash browns were almost empty..old fashioned donuts was like a rock!! 0/10 Owner should rescue this location before it’s too late.. if it’s not already. Will not be back that’s 100%

Just came out of there after 1pm, was trying to use my damn gift card and the cashier wanted to say like three dollars were taken off or something but the price didn’t change and my gift card balance is still the same so had to charge my actual card, when I just wanted to get rid of the gift card….. plus++++++ I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich but replaced the bagel with a croissant, well my croissant want burnt and I was given the maple bacon….

I get the same order every single time I go to Dunkin’ A large butter pecan frozen coffee. No whip whipped cream. & a single shot of espresso ON THE SIDE And almost EVERY Single time I come to this location, they mess my drink up.. I get a large frozen coffee with whipped cream and a “expresso shot” Almost the exact opposite of what I asked for…. I don’t know if the employees do it on purpose or what but it’s ridiculous paying as much as I am for a coffee and it being the total opposite of what I asked for. 🤦🏼‍♀️
