White Castle

I left a bad review about this place previously (night time visit almost 2 years ago) and wish maps would allow additional reviews for places. My schedule changed and now I have gone to this location a few mornings after work. The staff is incredibly pleasant and courteous. Order is normally accurate and timeliness is very good. The staff at nights has also turned over a bit and my visits during that time have been very good too. The staff has always been very nice, courteous and pleasant regardless. Now the orders are completely accurate every time I go as well. There have been times I’ve visited with “possibly intoxicated/unruly” patrons already in the inside. The staff is very good at handling the situations in a polite way-even with poorly mannered customers.

I went in the morning for a bacon and egg sandwich on toast with no cheese, I don’t care for american cheese. Naturally it came with cheese. When I asked the gentleman to make me another with no cheese, he said no problem. Then walked away. Now, you can see into the kitchen from the drive through window. He didn’t go to the fryers and make a new one, but came back and handed me the bag and said here you go. He obviously just picked the cheese off with his fingers and tried passing it off as a new sandwich. Very disgusting. I couldn’t pulled it off myself if I wanted to. I felt lied to and disrespected and I won’t be going back to this location

This is the worst of the worst white castle I've ever been to. I've had to come back several times for a messed up order and waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and they still came out cold..I just fell in love with the breakfast but now I have to find another restaurant. They are only good if miss Simone is there

Stopped in before work so I figured everything would be fresh and hot since there was 2 other cars in the drive through line. Wrong. The burgers were barely warm and had the telling hard crust around the edges of the meat and buns showing that they were made and sat around for a while. The positive was that the chicken rings were hot and fresh.

Unfortunately the sitting area was dirty, every table, booths, and chairs had crumbs on them. We wiped down our table ourselves. The staff was very friendly and nice, but they need to work on cleanliness inside the sitting area.
