I had the most lovely experience here! All of the staff were so kind and so helpful with the menu. They made great fall drink recommendations. I also found the location well staffed! They cranked out my large order super fast.

I stopped into BIGGBY COFFEE on a whim and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the maple sandwich, a caramel marble frozen drink, and a frozen frosted sugar cookie latte and every single thing was amazing. The maple sandwich was warm, savory, and perfectly sweet – legit comfort food. The caramel marble frozen drink was super creamy, rich, and not overly sweet, just that perfect caramel pick-me-up. And the frozen frosted sugar cookie latte tasted exactly like a sugar cookie in a cup – dessert and coffee in one. I was obsessed. The shop itself is clean, bright, and cozy with plenty of seating, so it’s a great spot to relax or get some work done. Overall, this location just became one of my new favorite coffee spots. Highly recommend treating yourself here – you won’t be disappointed! ☕✨

Absolutely delicious! This is definitely going to be my go-to coffee spot from now on. The staff is super friendly, and it's great to see young members of the community working there. A special shoutout to the girl working the drive-thru around 6:45 PM, thank you for your kindness!

I was able to go to their soft opening and grand opening and I have enjoyed Campfire Cold Brew w/ Sweet Foam and Caramel Cold Brew w/Sweet Foam plus my BOGO drink Winter Wonderland Cold Brew w/Sweet Foam. They were all very good definitely recommend giving it a try. Thank you to all the workers for all their hard work. And for being so patient and polite under grand opening stress. I didn’t have anyone to go with me for the BOGO today but that wasn’t an issue my Vicki was there for emotional support. And she got a sticker to add to our collection. The only negative I can see and hopefully it’s just the grand opening is the access to get into the parking lot and finding parking because so many went in the wrong way due to no access to get in.

The customer service was great. The cashier was super helpful when we asked about recommendations. But the coffee is just not that great. It tastes like an iced coffee I can make at home but with a very burnt after taste. I had high hope for this place but unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back.
