I would like to give the wonderful young lady that was at the check out desk area. She was sitting off to the left hand side. Some time around 6 ish PM . She gave me the most kindest and sincere smile before I could even get to the desk area to wait. She helped this long timer that has been to the Library since her kids were little. I just want to say thank you so much for being so kind and professional. Keep up the Amazing customer service and keep smiling. WORLD NEEDS MORE KIND HEARTED PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!!!! Your parents should be proud of you young lady. Wish I knew your name so you could get the acknowledgment you deserve. Oh and I was just returning two books.
We love bringing our kids here so much. They have a huge play area and the kids have the best time. I was having issues printing a document and Sue helped me solve the issue. She went above and beyond and took time from what she was doing to help me out. Tech issues can be so frustrating but she was so kind through it all. Thank you so much for your kindness.
We have lived in Midlothian since 2013 but have only been coming here to this library for the last year or two. The library is clean, organized and we love to use the hold system on their website. You can reserve a book and they will hold it for you to pick up. Each time we have come inside, the place is very clean and the librarians have been professional, polite and all around wonderful. Our three kids are well behaved but energetic so I appreciate the patience shown to them too. This is a lovely neighborhood library. I am thankful they are here and for their reservation system. We and our kids have borrowed so many books and have enjoyed reading them all. Check them out, and get reading :)
I go to this library all the time and they are really nice. Also helpful. I haven’t seen 2 workers I had good friendships with in a while. But in general it’s fun there.
Love this, always have what I want and if they don’t I can order it and it is super helpful definitely my favorite library!
