White Castle

If I could I would give zero stars but it won't let me!! This was the most disgusting and disappointing food I think I have got! The onions were so old they were chewy brown almost black, and stuck to our teeth. The meat was cold and wasn't fresh!! The cheese was a little melted only because of the heat on my floorboard vent. If I wouldn't have drove all the way home to Eagan before I figured this out I would have went back. Ordered a sack of 20 and 4 got ate!! Total waste of $26.00!! I will be making a call to corporate as well I truly expect a refund!

I was overcharged here at least $2. I ordered a 20 clutch with cheese and was supposed to , apparently gotten a a $1.21 discount according to the receipt coming to$25. I guess the original price was $26. 21 however the speaker board said the price was $23.89. You know $25.00 - $1.21. Then I also ordered a sack of fries. The sack looks like a large. What is going on here? The cashier would be of no help as she seem to be English as her second language and I felt I would have just confused her. She had trouble taking the order in the first place. W watch your receipts and orders when going here.

Service at this White Castle is always sub par. Today the even topped that. How about you open when you say you will be open. If you want to eat at this location call ahead! Sat in the drive thru as the only customer. I left with no food as this location does not and has not in any other visit me feel appreciated as a customer never wrote a review is well it white castle after. Food in a bag. Sunday no food no bag just a waste of time driving to this location.

Decided to stop at the Apple Valley location. We dined in. Ordered the #9, fish nibblers and onion chips instead of fries. So good! We will stop in again!

I placed an order at the drive-thru on Friday night at 12:30, and it took an incredibly long time to arrive. When I asked the woman at the second window, she snapped at me and said, “You have to wait until it’s ready,” then slammed the window in my face. I didn’t say a single harsh word to her. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Extremely rude, and clearly not suited for this job.
