Luna Donut

The donuts from Luna Donuts are fluffy and tasty! My son was excited to share these for a birthday treat at school. They have a large selection and fun flavors such as banana and apple fritters, lemon, strawberry and blueberry icing with sprinkles, cereal, cookie, nut and coconut toppings. There are also a chocolate cream and strawberries and cream filled donuts. The service was excellent! We will be back to try more another day. Thank you!

Was visiting family in Minnesota and my granddaughters asked me to pick up donuts in the morning. Who am I to say no. Ordered a dozen, but then ordered a fresh cup of coffee and a warm apple fritter. The donuts incredible, and visited with the owner. Much success to this wonderful business!

Perfect donuts! So fresh and a wide variety. We had the banana fritter, apple fritter, filled long John, Bavarian cream, a double chocolate lady finger, and a variety of other raised donuts. We also got a dozen donut holes (best I’ve ever had!) and a breakfast sandwich. We were highly impressed and loved the small town feel.

I was very excited to try the donuts when i heard they were open. So i got a chance to stop in this morning, order half a dozen to try. I got there a little before 8 a.m. there were not too many options available. Order a regular glazed, glaze twist, chocolate twist, chocolate with walnuts, cinnamon bun/roll, and apple fritter. The applefritter was a good size but lacked apple flavor, and it didn't have many apple pieces in it either. Hyvee apple fritter is still the best. The twist and the raised were decent size, but they were heavy and dense, and kind of dry, i prefer lighter and fluffy. The cinnamon roll was the best out of all, It was a good size, but i would have like more cinnamon. At $18 bucks for half a dozen, i can't justify the price for the quality and taste, in my opinion.

Came here for the first time today and I can say we’ll definitely be back! Tried a variety and while we liked them all, my favorite was the raised with Oreo cookie crumbs on top. None of the donuts were overly sweet or greasy, which is not something you find easily. Donuts were light and fluffy; we really enjoyed the texture of the dough. Staff were super friendly and helpful!
