White Birch Inn

The White Birch Inn could not have been more perfect! We did a full buyout for a work retreat. The entire staff is top notch and we felt catered to and appreciated. They were the most wonderful hosts! The rooms are immaculate, attention to detail is 110%, the space is charming and simply lovely. Our group (almost all men) raved about the stay and all said they'd be visiting again with their wives!

My sister and I spent a delightful weekend at The White Birch Inn in the Persimmon Room! We loved our stay, from the excellent breakfast daily to the comfortable and beautiful rooms. It was exactly what you’d hope an inn to be, with lovely touches in every area to cause you to pause and enjoy the space, and all were impeccably clean. The wine and cheese hour daily was an extra bonus to the stay. There wasn’t a single common space we wouldn’t have enjoyed spending time in. The staff were a joy to be around, and the privilege of a smaller inn like this is not feeling like just another guest, but rather a friend of the inn and staff. We absolutely love staying at this delightful and cozy inn! From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff provides a warm welcome, personally guiding you to your room. You can't help but notice the charm and unique character throughout the property. Each bedroom has its own distinct decor and is well-stocked with everything you could need. The evening turndown service is a lovely touch, always featuring a little treat. We highly recommend the afternoon wine and cheese plate; in winter, it's perfect by the fireplace. Breakfast the next morning is fantastic—so many menu choices! We can't say enough about how delicious everything tastes and how generous the portions are. This is our third year making this a tradition, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Not sure where to begin other than from the beginning. In 2016 we stumbled upon this hidden gem on our first official trip as a couple. Some 10 years later we came back to celebrate our 1st year of marriage in the same room the "Holly"!! It is hard to beat perfection from the owner down to the staff. From the nightly bed turn down to the morning breakfast it is first class. We debated not even writing a review as we wanted to keep this place selfishly to ourselves, but it is hard to not reward those that have earned it. Day one nearly 10 years ago we met one of the most caring individuals and her name is Leddy. She was and to this day still an integral part of this amazing staff. We chose the "Holly" quite often and for sentimental reasons but each of the six rooms are individually unique

This was our first time staying at the White Birch Inn but it will not be our last. The Inn is warm and inviting, with all the special little touches you won’t find at a “chain”hotel. It’s a beautiful space and they go above and beyond to make your time special…from the turn down service to happy hour! It’s also perfectly located in the heart of the historic downtown area so you can easily explore the shops and restaurants. We had an incredible overnight retreat. I can’t wait to go back!
