When I say this is the best ice cream I have ever had. It’s a sweet, sweet couple that owns this & the wife is who makes the ice cream and sweet treats!! Highly, highly recommend!! I can’t wait to come back in the summer after a day on the river!!!

In 36 years of life and ice cream eating, I can’t recall ever falling in love with a flavor at first bite quite like I’ve fallen for the raspberry chocolate here at Bean & Basil! Not only was the location so cute, warm, and welcoming (thanks to the owner and her husband who was so proud to hear us bragging on his wife’s cookie and ice cream making skills), but the ice cream itself was honestly top tier. Nothing artificial, no preservatives or fake flavors here. A truly 10/10 ice cream experience!!!

So delicious! Homemade ice cream and cookies and waffle cones.. between 4 people we tried 6 flavors and all were amazing! Friendly service (owner), and cute clean environment, definitely a must try

Bean & Basil is the BEST ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. If you’re anywhere close to Clayton you should give it a try! My favorite flavors have been the Brown Butter Cookie Dough and Vanilla Bean Salted Caramel, but everything is delicious!
