Booths feel small. It is a great whole in the wall that I try to visit every time we come to Maine. Favorite order: Large ham Italian everything but olives, light onion, add extra tomatoes. Oil yes. No salt & pepper. Best with a chocolate milk if they have it.

I have been going to Whipper's since I was in high school and I am now retired! I come in every Monday after my volunteer gig and pretty much get the same thing. The staff know me now and are very kind and friendly! Tonight I came by after working and they had closed a bit early. But the staff still there saw me drive in, waved me in, and had my sandwich all ready for me! Amazing people and so friendly! Customers certainly feel welcome in your shop! I want to give everyone who I see there every week a very big shoutout and thanks! They'll know who they are! Thank you so much and know how much I appreciate you all! Loved it ☺️ stopped by here for quick lunch today. Due to covid-19 seating inside is very limited. Mask must be worn. As soon as you enter the menus will be on the wall. It's wall menu style allows you to see their entire selection of food items. For the beverages you will find them in the refrigerator's, all drinks are bottled currently. Immediately when I entered the building I was greeted by the lady at the register, she was more than ready to take my order 😃 I was in the mood for a sub so I went with their "italian (ham and salami)" style sub. The wait was very short. My sub was available within 10 minutes even with a line out the door. Here you can find fast and friendly service. My sub turned out great and may stop by again if I am in the area. Thanks whippers for the delicious sub

Best chicken parm in town! Always made with freshly battered chicken and house made sauce. Do I dare say that the chicken is better than Red Barn? Yes! Because it is!
