Whataburger

Don't get me wrong- I love Whataburger! But this location has made things difficult for those that use the App: In the morning you cannot select drive thru until 11am. Curbside is gone completely. This means that for any app orders before 11am you must eat in or go in to pick up. Food is ok at this location, but the "fast and convenient" part of Fast Food is missing

How are you going to make a sweet and spicy bacon burger without the damm sauce. Like come on, it is in the name. How do you mess something like this up. What's next. When someone ask for a chicken sandwich you gonna give them a cheeseburger?

I ordered the #13, it comes with 3 pieces tenders. I also ordered and paid for a large fry, it was a medium. The pieces of chicken are VERY small. I ordered 2 whole jalapeños and they are about 1” long. VERY SMALL. This meal plus a shake was $20. Terrible.

I gave the restaurant a 4 star review based on my recent experience in the past week. I do this because the new manager there is bright, friendly and eager to bring this place to a 5 star rating. Fast food has become a blah business with respect to service and employees excitement towards their position. With Sarah at the helm of this new restaurant, it will soon be the showcase similar to what she left at the Whataburger in Livingston, TX. If you have not tried this newest addition to the Whataburger chain in the area, take a few minutes to visit and make your own opinion. While you are there, say hi to Sarah. She will greet you with a big smile.

Whoever is in charge of this place I would recommend you address the quality of the food with the workers. I ordered a meal and spent 60 dollars and everything was cold and the order was wrong. The only thing I got that was good the cinnamon rolls and the onion rings. What a horrible experience. I will never return and I don’t recommend anyone til they change whoever is cooking and prepping these horrible food.
