Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

2nd time in a row the drive thru got our order wrong. The girl in the drive thru must not know enough English or something. Their food was very poor quality. We ordered a 3 pc tender and a 5 pc spicy tender. We got 1 3 pc regular and a 2 1/2 pc regular and both boxes of tenders were so thin most of it was batter. The girl shoves the food out of the drive thru window closes it as fast as possible and walks away. Will not be back. Whataburger next door to here will get my business from now on.

Mrs. Zayda is amazing outstanding customer service!!!!! The food is always very delicious and hot!!! This is the best Popeyes chicken that I’ve been to in a long time. Thank you, Mrs. Zayda!!!!👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I went through the drive through so I cannot comment on the inside. The staff was very friendly they gave me my correct order in a timely manner; but the food was not up to par at all in my opinion. The chicken strips seemed like they had been out for a while they were still warm though and not exceedingly bad but still not up to the quality I was expecting from Popeyes. The biscuits were horrible. It seems possible it may have just been a bad batch but I found they were heavy, dense and had a distinct flour taste, not the light buttery biscuits I am used to getting from Popeyes at all. I don't know if I will stop there again or not but I may give it one more shot just to see if it was an off day. Today I didn't love those biscuits or chicken from Popeyes! The chicken was dried out to the point of being almost unedible.I would have been better off with convenience store chicken. Popeye's is still my most favorite chicken , but I don't think I'll be ordering from here. This was a 9 piece meal And this product should have never left the store. I would have took it right back if it wasn't the fact that it was a drive through order and I was an half hour away

The cashier Sherly was extremely pleasant and professional. She provided excellent customer service and made my visit feel genuinely welcoming. You can tell Anna trained her well. Sheryl truly deserves a raise. I’ll keep coming back because of the outstanding service they both provide.
