Whataburger

Service was great ! Night team was on top of everything. Getting out orders quickly in a timely manner hot and fresh off the grill. Meanwhile moving around checking on their dine in customers. While maintaining a clean area making it welcoming for all.

This will be the last time we came to this location when it comes to a Whataburger. Ordered our food and literally sat in line and waited for our food for 25 min! I would see that as unacceptable service when it comes to a fast food restaurant. We asked for sauces for our meal and of course, that action was not delivered cause there wasn’t any at all. We asked for extra ketchup with our meal, and literally when the employee was coming out, told me with honesty that the manager took away the extra ones away from him. Also, you call that a large fry when it comes to the picture? Cold and soggy fries with 0 seasoning. This restaurant has no standards when it comes to serving customers.

I was the first one in the drive - and was instructed to pull up and they would bring my order out, As I pulled up and waited other cars began to pull up also, I then noticed cars that pulled up after me receiving their orders before after sitting there waiting for 30 minutes.I went inside to inquire about my order. I had to still wait another 20 minutes before I could get a refund. This was at 11 o’clock 12/17/25 . This shift is completely not qualified to work in this establishment.

I want to give all 5 stars to cecillia who had a very professional attitude in correcting my order, although when I went to pick up my order the young black cashier who assisted me had a great attitude,, (thank you) further more the tall white supervisor, seemed bothered about the correction of my order,showed an arrogant attitude whe could not except the correction of my order seemed to want to just keep questioning the correction as if I was trying go scam a free meal,,I continued with my positive attitude and did not let his rudeness bother me,, shame on the tall white manager ,, Much respect for the great customer service,, Thank you David T

I found a hair in my Taquito Also, I just got this sandwich and it’s absolutely greasy and terrible Stick to the Fairmont location This place stinks
