I’ve been eyeing this bakery for the longest!! We went once they opened which wasn’t so long ago lol. I loved how the family (I think family) was so welcoming and even recommended some breads to try! We got home with the goods and first thing we notice is HOW SOFT THE BREAD IS!! My mom loved it and is her new favorite place!! New loyal customer!

Saw Mi Bendicion Bakery’s post yesterday and came in today to check them out. I’m so glad I did! It’s a new bakery and I think maybe this week was their soft opening. We got the empanadas,a sugar donut, conchas, and some pan bolillo. First impression, bread is super soft! Empanadas had a great texture and flavor as well. Customer service was 10/10. Shout out to Cesar, very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back and getting my Christmas pan dulce here.

I finally found the SOFTEST pan dulce, I’m so used to it being rock hard, but this was the softest, fluffiest bread I’ve ever had!! I’m always on the hunt for up and coming new places, And this is it. The customer service was great, the prices were fairly cheap, they had a WIDE variety!! Will be back for sure!!

Decided to try mi bendición bakery after seeing posts on my neighborhood page on fb. The prices are cheaper compared to el bolillo and Tepatitlan bakery but the bread is smaller in size. I’m rating them 3 stars because out of the 8 pieces of bread we got only 4 were edible. The rest felt like they were old bread like it had been seating there for days. The bread even had a smell to it. I would like to think I went on a bad day. They’re are so close to home that I’m considering giving them a second chance because I wanted to like this bakery so bad. The inside of the shop feels unfinished. And customer service was really not that great. We went at night so maybe they were just done for the day.
