Wetzel's Pretzels

I personally Like going to this location more than the mall. The staff are SUPER friendly!! Especially Peggy!y pretzels are always fresh and just how I like! Yummmm 🔥🥨

Good Pretzels, NOT PAID. It was freshly baked, all the 1 star reviews are just trying to close the business so Auntie Anne’s could be the better Pretzel shop.

I have had the food here and I'm not impressed. The mini cheese dogs were definitely not fresh. Looked Grey and the pretzel part was hard. The owner said they were fresh, right out of the oven but I know better.

The owner was super rude. I came with my husband and got the Cinnabitz. They were rock hard and inedible. I asked a staff member, Erik was their name, how long they were in the warmer, they said they didn't know. Owner came out, asked the same question and the owner said less then 10mins... so either they put out burnt pretzels or they aren't fresh. They didn't taste burnt so I'm assuming they weren't fresh. I asked for a refund but she said that we ate too many and refused. The bag they gave us was practically at half! So very unprofessional! The wetzels at the mall is so much better

The owner helped me, she was extremely friendly and we received super fresh and tasty pretzel bites!
