Pedal Car Pizza & Gelato

Fresh ingredients, quick service, clean interior, and friendly staff, prices were in-line with expectations. Pizza tastes are so subjective from person to person so my review is based on what I prefer. I prefer a little thicker crust, a little more cheese, a little more toppings and a little less sauce. But that's just me. I can understand the perfect reviews listed if your preferences match. Crust is good, thinner than I like but perfectly cooked. Ingredients are fresh. Ordered a meat pizza and a mushroom pizza. Not sure I tasted any bacon and the sausage was barely noticeable. Overall a good experience and the quality is there. You should give them a shot because your pizza taste may match perfectly, they seem to care about their customers and the ingredients are fresh. We did not try t

I had the beet salad (special of the day) with pistachios, orange zest and mint on a bed of creamy ricotta. It was divine. Fresh cracked pepper table side would have elevated it even more, but it was still dreamy. Then I had the Hot Hive pie which was cooked to perfection. It had a crisp undercarriage, no flop, and the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, savory and salty. I ate the whole thing in one sitting (I came right after a massive hike). Counter service but they bring the food out to you. The place was very clean and cute. I didn't try the gelato but they had at least four flavors I really wanted. Maybe a dozen or more flavors in the case. I had a hard seltzer, my only complaint is it's served over ice, I just like it served up. I'll definitely come back. It's so nice to have a pie shop op

I had a 10/10 experience. There is nothing that I would change! The vibe of the restaurant feels comfortable and homey, yet clean, a place that I would want to actually stay and take my time and eat in versus take out. The menu has a lot of great options. The pizza was incredible, I only have positive things to say about it- It stayed level when holding it (not floppy or greasy), the flavor was perfectly balanced and fresh ingredients. We got the Hot Hive. I was sad when I had to finish my last bite lol. And the service was perfect- welcoming, friendly and comfortable. I absolutely cannot wait to try all of the other pizzas and gelato next time, and so happy that this is close by! Can’t wait to come back!

Slice pizzas! This should be a norm at every place. Big fire oven! Pepperoni slice was crispy, cheesy, with some real good papperoni. Would definitely come back. Staff were great and welcoming. Gelato was also delicious and richin flavor.

Great food and cool vibe! Chicken pesto pizza was perfect, local beer was cold, gelato sealed the deal. All wrapped up with cute interior decorations and reasonably priced. Has vegan options also.
