After entering the mall from the entrance, use the escalator to go downstairs and then take the stairs to the next floor where the toilet is located. The sanitary condition is very good and very clean. Thank you for providing toilets for tourists.
CLOSES AT 7:00 PM ON WEEKDAYS!
Long lines on a Saturday around 4:30pm for the ladies restroom. No soap in family restroom.
Entrance off Vesey St, down the escalator, down the stairs, sharp left. Easy in and out. Clean. Modern.
They always close them "for maintenance" just when rush hour is done cos they hate the fact of knowing that they have to provide a free service
