I dropped papers off on Jan 2 for a friend. They received a reply on Jan 10. Letter stated documents needed to be returned by Jan. 8. So those papers are already deemed late. But the kicker is...the letter they received on Jan 10th has a mailed on date of Dec. 30!!! Umm....how did they respond to forms that were not even submitted yet??? SMH
This department of children services is crooked as hell..they take children from families for nothing..and then when other family members try to get them that have no criminal record and no cps cases they deny a icpc for no reason why cause they don't have the best interest for that child..or do they give them to there family or friends that want a baby..I know for a fact they don't do what's best for the child or have the best goal for the children..
One of my friends kids died because of their neglect. And they hit records I think the West Virginia department of human resources is the worst ever
They don't actually care about child abuse or neglect or any of that...they will just let you suffer.
