Maloney's Pub

So grateful I stopped here during my vacation! Definitely my favorite food this far. Service was excellent, our waitress was friendly and quick service. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband the couch chicken sandwich I think it was called. Amazing place all around, food, Service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended 👌

It's always great to find a bar full of local customers. We popped in for an early dinner and our server was very welcoming and friendly. We ended up munching on large barbecue wings and cheese fries. Not healthy, but absolutely delicious! A slightly broader beer selection would have been nice, but no complaints.

I enjoy finding local pubs and bars and Maloney's fit the bill. I ordered the Breakfast Burger. Now, if you're watching your diet beware. Not a Burger health and fitness would recommend. I did enjoy it though.

The best food item on the menu at a pub should be fish and chips . That fish and chips are absolutely disgusting. Undercooked in old oil, mushy breading, and barely any fish. A place like this should be using fresh fish hand dipped in homemade batter. And who serves fish and chips but doesn't have malt vinegar, at a pub of all places. The servers were extremely friendly and the drinks were cold. It's a cute place and I'm sure the live music is great. Doubt I will ever eat here again though.

Before heading to Fayetteville to the New River Gorge, I visited Summersville as it is known for its beautiful lake. When in a new town, I search where the locals eat and I think I found the perfect spot! This is one of those places I think about from time to time because I had such an awesome experience! I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and it absolutely was delicious. My server was very kind and attentive, making sure my meal was as expected. The outdoor seating made my experience even better. I love the aesthetic with the different sports teams as decorations. Sadly I live in Pittsburgh, 3 hours away from Maloney's Pub, but next time I'm in Summersville, I'll be sure to come back and visit!
