KFC

Place has REALLY went downhill. I literally just went there and was in line for 15 minutes. There was one car infront of me in line and no one behind me. I regularly get mashed potato bowls, with no drink. He charged me the price of a full meal, and no drink! When I tried to tell him he rang it up wrong he wouldn't even give me the time of day. I wasn't rude a bit, and then all the people working in back came up and started giving me the evil eye, as if they didn't have other things to do. A man at the front counter was very visibly upset and the same boy who took my order told him go "hold on he's busy" and stuck his finger up at him! I went the other night as well at 815, all the signs and online Says they close at 9, but we're already closed! I included a pic of said mashed potato bowl,

This place was so clean, the chicken was hot and fresh and the lady who took our order gave us the senior discount without even asking! We normally don’t eat KFC, but this experience made me happy I opted for it instead of other choices. Good job!

I get KFC when I have family over or just want some good hot comfort food. The $20 fill-up is very good... also the $30 fill-up if you want to add tenders. The KFC dipping sauce is very good.

Food was great! They literally gave us 10 sporks for two people but forgot our dipping sauces.

Worst KFC ever, I have gave them a chance twice now. The first time the food was horrible and so was the service and the second time was just now when two employees are outside smoking at 8pm and the doors are locked so customers can’t come in. I won’t give this place a third chance.
