What a horrible experience! First the drive-through person was rude as hell to the point I went into the store. Then the manager shrugged his shoulders like what do you want me to do about it and dismissed me after giving me my food. Only for me to get home and have expired tortilla chips from July and expired salad dressing that’s smelled sour!! I freaking love Wendy’s and it already hard to find one for this mess to happen and be 19$ for a meal that was nasty. Don’t eat here

February 2, 2026 – 10:30 PM Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru and waited an unreasonably long time, only to be treated with a rude and dismissive attitude by the employee. There was zero professionalism or basic courtesy. My order was wrong even though I clearly explained how I wanted it, and when I pointed out the mistake, the employee did not care at all—no apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. This location seriously lacks customer service, attention to detail, and respect for customers. A complete waste of time. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

I went to order some hamburgers on Monday, February 2, 2026, around 10:00 PM, and the experience was very bad. The staff was rude and abusive, showing no respect toward customers. No one is asking for anything for free; people pay for a service and expect to be treated with respect. I do not recommend buying from this place. I hope the owner can see this review, because this type of staff seriously harms the business. If they don’t want to work, they should leave the job to people who actually want to do it right.

I’ve ordered the bacon cheese fries from here before and it did not look like this. Why am I just getting strips of bacon on top of a clump of cheese?

I just left. Literally opened my bag and saw this. Not only am I concerned but to add the service was horrible I was at the register while they looked at me for 5 mins and continued to do everything but take my order. The food is also cold… my fries aren’t room temp but actually cold. Lol the worst! I’ll never be back
