Wheaton Library

I love the Community Center at Wheaton Library! I have joined classes such as Wheaton Walks, Line Dancing, and Zumba. What is best about these classes is that it keeps you moving and you meet such wonderful people who become your friends. The instructors are great and you have a lot of fun! This center really brings people together and you feel that you are part of a caring and friendly community. At this center you are not alone.

This really is a library with electric chargers, basketball courts, coffee shops, book stores, and locker rooms. You can book a quiet room to study or plan meetings or just stay in but sometimes the person before leaves the rooms dirty... but that's not the library's fault.

“Don’t call it a come back” it took a few years. The library came back with such pizzazz! It’s great! The Library is ginormous on the inside and looks like an Amazon distribution center on the outside. It seems like the idea was to bring together a community center and a library. They did a good job. It’s a place for kids to go whether they like books or basketball. Moms and dads can bring young kids for story time and out door play. It’s a great space to get some quiet study time. This space screams access for all.

Fantastic place and people. Been using this treasured corner for a few years. Good hours, great staff and services, hosting individuals, groups and events 7-days a week. Very accommodating. Had to relocate close to this library bcoz of the nice accommodating people and services and the several hours I do productive work there each week. Come without doubt; it's a great choice!

Great county library for reading and collaborative activities. In fact, the library has also held elections in the past. Great work! There are some suggestions: (1) Signs for Non-smoking; (2) Corners of the Parking garage have some kind of weird smell that could cause nausea. Is this fixable? Do you need my help?
