Extremely upset after working a 10 hour shift. I went to pick up my son food as he is home sick. I get home with the chicken wrap and the chicken is hard and dry . The wrap is hard 1 spec of ranch and literally 4 stands of lettuce. Considering the fact that I had to pull ahead and wait for 10 minutes. His chicken should have been fresh.
For all the robots that keep posting 1 star reviews, the place just got transferred to corporate, and we will be getting staffed much better now that its not a franchise. Better equipment means faster order times for everyone.
I absolutely love their breakfast potatoes. This particular morning, I was short on cash and the teller helped me figure out my order so I could pay for it. She was extremely patient and helpful.
Food has been fresh and amazing the last couple of times I have been here.. which is great, because we no longer have one where I live, so when I get it, it's a big deal. 🤣 lol.. might I add also, that there hasn't been as long of a wait as I'm used to. Usually the line is all the way around the building.. unless I have just gotten lucky.
The food was good service was great. They where nice, and it was pretty clean aswell. It's a average Windy's like looks and decor wise.
