Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's, located in West Branch, is an excellent store. Jersey mike's subs are always very good, but the service at this location really stands out. I have a condition that makes swallowing a little bit more difficult and they prepared my food for me without even blinking about my special requests. I didn't even disclose that I had a condition. They were just very friendly about making my sandwich a little bit 'different'. I really appreciate that because my condition makes it difficult for me to go out for food. Great subs and great service!

We stopped here for lunch while traveling, as they have gluten free buns. The service was excellent and the subs were tasty. The employees were efficient, friendly and hardworking. I will definitely come here again. Super easy to access from I-75

I normally order for my family but today was terrible. A short woman with glasses was extremely rude. She had a terrible attitude and was cutting everyone off when speaking. I didnt spend over $50 dollars to get attitude if she hates her job she should quite because clearly she isnt good at the "customer service" aspect. I think her name was Monique. Good food bad service 👎

I come here more than I’d like to admit but it’s the best “faster” food in the area. The staff are usually great and happy. I did not pre order my sub this time so I went in to order. I walk in there’s a lady terribly singing top of her lungs. Okay make work fun, whatever it takes. Then she starts harassing employees over the tiniest things and I could tell the whole demeanor was off this day because usually everyone is very happy and greet me walking in etc. I believe she even said she was a manager because she was bragging about how much they pay her to “keep that place running” and how it was terrible before her etc etc. Well they must not offer dental insurance because well yeah. She was just awful. I will just stick to ordering on the app so I don’t have to interact again but no wonde

We’ve used Jersey Mike’s for catering and regular orders, and it’s always a great experience. Everything is fresh, our orders are accurate, and the staff is consistently friendly. That reliability (and the ease of ordering on the app) is why we keep coming back again and again.
