Went through the drive-thru never got to get any food. The girl taking the order was so rude and irritated and the tone of her voice I told her never mind and drove away. This was January 15th 2026 at 4:30 p.m.
out of all fast food restaurants, I’ve been to …they are Number one …! there’s the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. They look like they all want to be anywhere else but there! if the owner reads this… I wouldn’t count on any return customers you need to clean house… well now you know what are you gonna do about it?
The food is always great but there always seems to be this Samantha girl at the drive thru, thats what the receipt says her name is anyway, and her attitude is just so awful. From the moment she answers the speaker and until you leave her attitude doesn't improve, no matter how nice or prepared you are. Service goes a long way and she is failing at the most crucial part.
Manager was very nice, but all the food besides the cheese sticks were cold.. Def not a good experience
Absolutely the worst Arby’s meal I have ever had. Bun was burnt, meat dry and skanky, potato cakes overcooked with such a bad grease smell. Disgusting!
