Wendy's

The place was very very busy when we were there with the week was not long. The food was outstanding. It was fresh and hot. Our cashier was an older lady she was nice, friendly and funny. She made us feel welcome and was very upbeat even in the chaos. Probably hands down one of the best Wendy's I've been to.

While waiting in line through the drive thru. Due to chicken cooking they offered my kids a tiny frosty and my dog some bacon while waiting for our sandwiches. They even ensured the people waiting behind me had their food so they could keep the line moving.

Yall suck when it comes to handling answering your windows in the morning and making sure you're customers cards are in their hands after almost 10 minutes of sitting at the window. So not fast food etiquette AT ALL yall need to get your crap together.

Wendy's in Vernal has great friendly service, however, they do not follow all the recipes of the corporation nor do they read well. Tonight, plain cheeseburger for kids meal. smothered with Ketchup. Not good. Baconator on the Wendy's website "half-pound* of fresh beef so delicious it could be enjoyed on its own. But at Wendy’s we hate to have a lonely patty. So, the Baconator comes topped with melted American cheese, 6 (yes...6!) pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon" No. Two thin patties and 2 pieces of bacon. This location is obviously skipping corners to save cost. You can save me the $10 as not eating that sandwich again if you aren't going to make it like your website says it is to be.

We placed a mobile order on a Saturday at lunch rush. Got our food in a timely manner. We ate in the restaurant to avoid having to find a nearby park as we were headed out of town, to head back into NW Utah. Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was in great working order with nothing seemingly out of stock. Food we ordered was great and delicious! One of our burgers ended up missing, and they fixed it by replacing that whole meal. Bathrooms were clean and orderly. Paper towels and toilet paper must have just been refilled before I went in. The dining area always had someone going in or out and employees were great at making sure all the tables were wiped and cleaned in a timely manner for the next customer to sit.
