Wendy's

Placed a mobile order for drive-thru. When I arrived, the employee told me my order was placed for pick-up inside, and I'd have to come in. I parked, checked my receipt, confirmed it was placed for drive-though and drove back around to clarify, I was able to show on my receipt that my order was placed for drive-thru and that I had my son who has special needs with me, which was really prohibitive to me getting out of the car. The employee was disinterested in my receipt, insisted that I was messing up her drive-thru, and defensively shouted that all I had to do was say that if I had a special needs child with me. I replied that this is what I was in the process of doing. I tried again to show that my receipt indicated the order was placed for the drive-thru and that the issue appears to be

It’s always clean and tidy, the food is just Wendy’s food, so nothing to write home about, but the service is amazing. The first time I went here on a solo bike trip they gave me an extra burger for free. Second time they gave me suggestions on what’s cheaper, and gave me sauce for free. Absolutely phenomenal.

Came at 11:10 am. Fries cold and tasted old, burger cold also. Rhat must have a plumbing issue as the restaurant stunk. Won't give them my money ever again

What happen to hot and juicy burgers at Wendy’s ? Burger and Bun was dry fries were cold not to mention the inside of the dirty restaurant windows floors and tables nobody in there …. Wonder Why!! Never Again!

The worker was less than attentive or engaging , working in fast food sucks. I get it, but there’s a job to do that includes talking to people. The male employee that ‘helped’ me barely spoke two words and spoke extremely quietly. FURTHERMORE and more importantly I was served pecans for my apple pecan salad that are from SEPTEMBER ‘23 and it’s now JANUARY ‘24… Lost appetite when I saw this rather than just pick off the ones I already put onto the entree. Super disappointed and would like a refund but I’ll just hope someone from management and corporate sees this
