Wendy's

Im not sure if i did something to upset the staff but ive had all good orders until now. They gave me the worst driest and oldest patty ive ever seen, three nuggets instead of four, a small fry instead of a medium, and burnt tasting coffee.. none of the food was hot and i live less than a minute away. Im trying to complain on the app and it wont let me. Photo proof below. I still ate the fries and nuggets, the burger is entirely inedible.

The food was great. The fries were hot as requested, and we tried the spicy crunch Cajun chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The cashier whose name was Calvin was very nice very polite and filled our tray up with a bunch of sauces. Cool beans. Only issue was the drive thru - we left out of the drive thru due to slow service and went inside where we met Calvin!

Wendy's handled our family of 8 beautifully! They were relatively quick in getting our order out and it was even correct! (Large orders get messed up more than you think). They were great!

I went through the drive through of this place and the staff was super friendly and food was nice and hot! I also didn't have to wait long at all... Super impressed Wendy's is stepping customer service up a notch in the drive thru 🤓

This Wendy's has the worse service in the Daytona area. I live down the street and it is faster to go to the Port Orange Wendy's than sitting in line at this one. Not just once or twice this happens, but nearly every time there's a 10-20 minute wait. This has been going on for a few years. I actually stopped going to this location but every 6 months or so, I'll give them a chance to see if it's gotten better. Nope. Not the employee's fault. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Owners / Management to blame.
